Can I secure my knee with a machine pad?
Why do we keep eating triceps..?ㅜㅜ
When lying at a 45-degree angle and holding a dumbbell with my arm fully extended down, I feel an unpleasant shock accompanied by a popping sound in my right bicep. What could it be?
I haven't even tried 14kg, and you're telling me to go for 16kg?
I changed gyms, but the equipment here feels strangely light, almost 50% lighter.
