Who keeps hitting me on the back of the head?
"Are you going to do bicep curls right away? I was planning to hit my bicep, lol."
It seems that the gripping part is a bit narrow because the arms are long. What should I do?

Wider than the shoulders is the upper trapezius, the width of the shoulders is the upper and middle trapezius, and when standing with a narrow undergrip, it engages the lower latissimus dorsi.

Even if I bend my arms completely while lifting 5 kilos, it feels like my shoulders are burning. Is it okay to do it like this?
I was surprised that it was much harder than I thought. I can easily do 30 to 40 regular push-ups, but this one is harder at just 15 reps.
