How cooked am I this my first workout on here
Genuine question: Is this harder than a regular crunch (with feet on the floor)? Sorry, I'm new to this whole workout thing still..
Why did I do this

I have to this exercise standing behind bench. Still can’t kneel. I find exercise easier standing and can finally do it with a 30 lbs weight
Does "both weights" mean the weight on the right plus the weight on the left? Or does it refer to the weight on one side?? Please let me know.

I was told to take a 20-second break, but I'm taking a 1-minute break.
