It's been thirty minutes...
i am super sore but i don’t see progress. it is only day 3 tho

Can I replace high row with seated row I don’t find high row in my gym

What is this 3 consecutive squats!!!
Is it the weight on one side?? Or is it the combined weight of both sides??
Only at 8kg because of injury phrone

Oh, I feel like my legs are going to burst.
My arm won't go up... It's 2.5 kilograms...
At this rate of increasing weight, it seems like I could lift the entire gym.
Why are we only working out one side on this one?
