Why is it heavier than the same weight free bench press...?
No, I just did a bullsh*t??????
When you open your chest as much as possible while in a fully extended position and pause for a moment, tension is created in the pectoral muscles.
Using 25 Ultra, when I do this and grab it, it feels like I'm holding a piece of paper. 💪
Ah, what kind of wealth and glory am I trying to enjoy by doing this? Ugh, it's driving me crazy.
Why do I feel tension in my shoulders and back? I’m not getting a good tricep stimulus; does anyone know the reason…?
I thought my right arm would be less strained because I'm right-handed, but why is my right arm more tired?
Just doing this makes me sleepy..?
If you don't use your lower body, your back will hurt. Try to use your lower body as much as possible when pulling. 👊
At first, the stimulation on my butt is the strongest, but as the sets go on, my thighs start to hurt. Is this right...? 😢
Can I do this? Get lost.
If this hurts my shoulder, it's definitely wrong, right...?
💪
I like this exercise stimulus.
Im only at 20kg but i got weak arms😃
My left shoulder hurts more, why is that?? ㅠㅠ
I usually do 30 push-ups in 3 sets at a time... But when I do dumbbell bench presses and chest presses and then push-ups, I shake like a complete beginner and can barely do 10...
45 sec hold instead of walk.
