Is this a beginner exercise..?
I don't know about my chest... but my shoulder hurtsㅜㅜ

I guess my arm length is different.
Is it correct to attach it to the neck? Why are you raising your head like that?
I don't want to do it, go away, I don't need abs.

I overheard the experts next to me talking about holding thick dumbbells, and it seems like raising the elbows first really helps with the stimulation~
Wearing a weighted vest makes you sweat a lot.
How do I give strength to my butt?
I guess it's because I didn't take care of my water, I'm feeling frustrated.

Is there originally no break time? The feeling of betrayal comes out as sweat.
Is the exercise effect similar if I only use the butterfly machine instead of the pec deck fly?
