Crunch leg raises are killing me, seriously..
I will have to do this set tomorrow...
I want to die
You need to focus so that the direction of the rising and falling force is exactly up and down, not forward or backward.
Am I the only one struggling because of belly fat?
This is heavy even without the original plate... Am I using it wrong?;;
My pelvis keeps lifting, how can I press it down..?
When I squat, the middle of my butt hurtsㅠ
I have to do this and then lunges. I still have cardio left. Please send me home....
Hi
If you have arthritis of the knee, then point your toes in or out. That's what my orthopedic doc told me ;)
No, can I get up?? Getting up is the hardest thing 🥵
Is this the barbell curl?
20kg got me d.o.a. 🦍🏋️♂️
It must be the weight combined, right?? It would be hard to just stand still on one side... ?
After a month, the number of repetitions per set increased to 17. However, as I kept going, my form got worse, and during the last set, I was really pushing myself, which was painful, but I wasn't hitting the target at all, so I went back to doing 12 with proper form.
If your back touches the floor then you've gone too far.
I'm a beginner, but is it different from the concepts I know?
