It seems to be easier to do it by leaning forward rather than sticking to it. Is that how it is originally??
Is the equipment different? They told me to do it with 10 kilos, so I can probably do about 5,000, but γ γ I'm currently doing it with 57 kilos, am I too strong? I usually do 65 kilos.
