This guy is cheating! The rest timer is 12 seconds, but why is the next one 10 seconds, you jerk! Did you reduce it by 2 seconds every time I wasn't looking? I can't believe it.

I do a total of 21 sets, 7 on each side, simultaneously. When doing one side, hold with both hands and make sure one elbow goes to the latissimus dorsi; it feels great.
I'm not sure, but please recommend some exercises.
