I'm currently doing three consecutive types of bench presses, and my armpits and shoulders hurt. Is my posture strange?
At the dumbbell zone, there's Zumba dance — make sure to rest here after it's over.
Real squats should be done with free weights, not the Smith machine, regardless of gender. You should lift your own body weight; that's the standard. When I see someone putting 10 kg on the Smith machine and posting their butt on Instagram, it just looks like a butt.

It says to do 15kg, but does that mean the weight of the plate alone is 15kg? ㅜㅠ?

7th year, one side 22.5-25kg, 10 pieces, 5 sets, need to increase the weight a bit, 182/76.
