This is what, I haven't been able to go 60 kilometers for 7 years.
I haven't done even one, but after 7 years of working out, I can now just pull off 10 at a time.
I'm doing the incline bench press machine and I'm worried about losing the machine, so I'm waiting... I want to pump my arms.
There is Hawkeye in our gym. He always watches me from a distance and teaches me the correct posture. Hawkeye: Don't look directly at the mirror, stand sideways and look at your elbows. Your elbows should not go up!!
