Romanian Deadlift - Focus on the back - Feet close together - When going down, externally rotate; before dropping while coming up, internally rotate - Hold the scapula in an internally rotated position (after lowering) - Lower down to the knees while keeping weight on the back, then come up using lower body strength (fully extend) - Inhale while going down and exhale while coming up
-Note- 1. Breathe out while lifting and lowering (can be done slowly) 2. Instead of trying to lift your arms forward, think of spreading them to the sides and lift.
This is very humbling. Really shows you what arm is weaker

Could barely log set. My hands were shaking with only 20 lbs assisted
I normally do a run at the start and then weights after. This is tough!
When lifting up, you should not relax your back; that's the key to the taste. 💪 At first, keep the movements short to get the hang of it.

How can I stimulate only my triceps?

Why has one more set increased in just two days………;;;

Why do I find this one so hard?
If it's a vertical trajectory machine, it's good to slightly bend your chest (thoracic spine) while pushing naturally.
Don't just push blindly; think of bringing your forearm to your side chest, and you'll feel a tingling sensation.
Why does it keep getting lighter as I do it more? 💣
