How does chest stimulation come about...?
First time doing this today, felt stupid picking up 2.5kg, after the first set I'm glad I did. Are partials OK with this exercise?

If you do it with the feeling of poking your hip with your elbow, it engages the muscles in your side.
Do you know, if app will add weight load when it recognize it is needed or I need to add load myself? I’m using app since few days only.
