My left shoulder hurts alot when engaging in any movement regarding it. I have no medical issues or damage and I understand that one side is dominant but still it is so weak it sometimes just gives up. What can I do?
It involves a lot of exercise.

I hate it the most, sob sob.
My neck hurts so much, but I'm doing shoulder exercises.
I'm trying to work out at home, but I only have 7 kg dumbbells, so it's a bit tough. I also have one 5 kg dumbbell. Should I just do one exercise at a time?

It felt weird at first thought I was doing it wrong until I actually extended my arm and kicked it right back each time
Try tightening your stomach.

Every time I lift it up, my shoulder hurts. Is there a way to alleviate this? For now, I will stop and try a different step-up.
If you are not sure about this position, try bending your legs slightly in the opposite direction and facing away from the equipment. Then, you should be in a position that is rotated 180 degrees, and if you press from there, you will feel the triceps being stimulated.

Excuse me.. This is Helin.. When you say 2kg, does that mean I should lift 1kg on each side, or should I lift 2kg on each side for a total of 4kg..? ๐ I would appreciate it if you could let me knowโฆ
Iโm becoming addicted to the burn, to the feeling of working out and Iโm loving it ๐โบ๏ธ
Coming back after a year of not taking care if myself.....the burn feels good!
Donโt love crunches but knocked them out! You can too!!!
