I'm a beginner, but I'm starting with a 20 kg dumbbell from the very beginning?
I am gradually increasing the level, but should I maintain the speed at 15 km/h?
Weight on notes? To keep track
I wanna throw up wth 😂
My back hurts so much, is this okay?
If you lift one arm inward, it will reach up to the deltoid area.
After using it, it inevitably leaves marks on your shoulders...
Forbes' selection of the longest minute in the world.
The best exercise for the rear shoulders.
i feel silly doing this one cuz i don’t feel anything in my last afterward :/
Is there no incline dumbbell bench press?

The pad should be pulled towards the body at the Achilles tendon area, and when lifting to show the toes, do it quickly as if you are going to hit your butt. When coming down, do it slowly so that only half of the foot is visible, then lift it up with strength again. Repeat this. The butt and thighs feel amazing.
It feels so good to switch from dumbbells to barbells.
... I can't do even one like in the video.. It just looks like a dying fish flopping on the shore...
... When I do 50kg, my back feels really tight, and when I reduce it to 35kg and focus only on my back, it feels just as tight as when I do 50kg... ㅡ.ㅡ....
Why is this harder?
