Every time I have to do the other leg after doing one side, I feel resentful towards the world.
My leg doesn't go all the way up....
Please save me.

I wasn't able to hold myself with legs stretched out, so I just did with legs bent

Make sure you stretch good before set and after it's easy to pull a hamstring.
For those who are having difficulty, try shifting your body center (weight) to the opposite side of the leg you are lifting (e.g., if you lift your right leg, shift your core to the left).

If you go to the end of the stairs, you will fall and return to reality.
Can I bend my upper body forward?
Will there be a total of 15 if we combine both sides?
