To go deeper I use a chair with a dumbbell on it so it won't move and get injured and elevate my feet with a milk crate. When doing this go as deep as you can and feel the tension in your traps. I get a big pump and burn from this and go for hypertrophy at 12-15 Reps atleast 4- 5 sets and you will see big results.๐ฅ

Wow, my triceps are getting bigger.
I have lost 19kg just with cardio and diet, and now I am trying to build muscle and reduce visceral fat. However, my arms and legs ache and feel weak every day, so I wonder if this is the right approach.
Why is there only a dumbbell when I want to use the EZ bar? Please update the EZ bar too. ใ
