Best way I feel this workout in my lats is by imagining I’m trying to put the weight in my back pocket instead of just lifting it up
I feel like I'm not getting enough stimulation in my triceps, and when I lower a lot, I feel a slight pain in my elbow. What should I do?ㅠㅠ

Why do I not feel stimulation in my back when I do this exercise, but instead feel it in my lower chest and armpit area?
