I only feel stimulation on the side. What posture should I adopt?
The dog is delicious, why do you hate it so much?
This exercise has increased by 15kg in just a week.
My side is a bit sore, but since this is my first time doing this exercise, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

Rather than being caught in the 6th episode without knowing properly, I guess I should gradually increase the frequency while lowering the weight and feeling it.
