This is really frustrating, I can't even get it right, I'm so stupid.
Should this type of exercise be done as one set for the left and one set for the right? Or should I alternate between left and right and combine them into one set?

I learned a similar tricep exercise from a senior in the military. Holding a dumbbell with one hand, I bring it behind my head and grip the dumbbell with my thumbs, index fingers, and middle fingers. Try it out; it really works the triceps!
Can I do it by holding my neck like doing sit-ups? My neck hurts...
I just hold a 45 plate in both hands and do both sides at once
