Train to maintain intra-abdominal pressure when lifting lighter weights, and as the weight increases, develop the habit of stabilizing your intra-abdominal pressure before descending and exhaling as you rise.

I don't know if I'm feeling any stimulation or not. I'm just doing 20 reps with 5kg within the range where my arms are shaking.

Is the guide pulling down below the chin, but is the exercise area different? Right now, I'm pulling towards the ear, and the elbow is either level with the ear or slightly going back behind the ear.
What is this guy who keeps wobbling with 4 to 5 pieces of 20kg on each side? He does that every day, is he even human?
If you wrap a towel around your leg and hold it to lift, it won't slip and it's great!
Is it okay to do it while sitting?
Our apartment gym only has a butterfly machine (with elbows at a right angle), and it seems like it's not available in this app.

The left side eats well, but the right side hurts my knee and I don't feel my hip.. What could be the problem?
