Fun but the last set is a bit rough

I feel like my shoulder joint might get injured.
Im struggling with this ngl I find my shoulders and chest hurts more then my core
Right now, it's the 1st set, 23 times, and the 4th set. How long is this going to keep increasing? Aren't you doing any other exercises?
I only feel stimulation in my right arm... What kind of ridiculous situation is this?

Sitting down and stabilizing your core makes the stimulation even better.
In the military, I really did well, but now that my weight has increased, I think push-ups are the hardest exercise. Since my weight has gone up, doing push-ups seems to give me a stronger stimulus than using the chest machine or bench press.
My triceps are pressed down and it's really painful..
Who came up with the routine for lower body and cardio exercises?
No matter what exercise I do, the locations of muscle pain on the left and right sides are all different. Stress...
Breathing method. Isn't it exhaling when the muscles contract?
