I can't even lift 5kg at all, what should I doㅠㅠㅠ
Is it just me or the video and the instructions don't match
Where in the world is an 11-kilogram dumbbell?
Is it normal for only the left shoulder to feel like it's burning and hurting?
It seems like eating Bulgarian yogurt in Bulgaria and doing a Bulgarian split would be cool.

When I watch YouTube, everyone is showing off their butts.
I picked up 80 due to a calculation mistake, wondering why it was so hard when I was originally lifting that. I then lowered it to 70. After finishing 3 sets, I realized it feels good.
My planet fitness bar says starting 167 lb
im on the last set now and i can pass out anytime
I struggle so much more with my left arm than my right
What do you do without tools?
