If you place this at the very bottom, it can be dangerous when you finish and let it down while feeling weak. Placing it next to the spine and pulling the cable will yield the same effect and increase stability.

Couldn’t do it had to get on a machine dip where you sit and use arms lol I’m dead already after these three days on this app but been doing my own thing for three weeks and never felt like this but ima see it through time for a change !
