I found a method as a shoulder popper, is it okay? I thought about applying strength to the armpit and maintained a 45-degree angle while pushing straight, and it feels good! 🏋️♂️

The explanation says it's for low weight and high repetitions, but is it 28kg per side?? Huh??

Couldn’t do it had to get on a machine dip where you sit and use arms lol I’m dead already after these three days on this app but been doing my own thing for three weeks and never felt like this but ima see it through time for a change !

Instead of a machine that looks like this, can I consider the one that sits backwards and holds two long sticks as the same as the one with Lee Eun-dong?
