Reached 7kg, but it's really hard.
Every time I bend, the back of my thigh feels tight, what is this...? It only feels relieved when I sit all the way down, and then it feels like it snaps back...!

If the barbell is 20kg and the weight plates on both sides are 20kg, then it means to do it with an empty bar.
