Hehe, I'm following what some gym bro is doing. My abs are really about to burst.
Why does the forearm get shaved?
How many seconds do you do it for?
I was doing bicep curls, but this can was trying to kill me.
Is it okay to speed up even though it will become faster?
First time doing this workout i started with 23kgs and was able to do 27 at the last set
Im gonna attempt to do 25kg!
Please recommend some alternative exercises...

I mix walking gradient and running flat
Any shoulder lifting above head is hard on my left shoulder dislocated to many times lol

Ai, I got totally messed up from benching.
Is this including the resistance weight of the machine ? As in the machine im using has a 103 lb starting resistance without weight. Thanks!
The most difficult part is adjusting machine to my legs
