just squat machine
My trapezius hurts today. ㅠ
i don’t think im doing these right 😭
It really feels like it's going to fall off above the elbow.
Use dumbbells to feel it
It hurt
Increased weight from 27.5 to 32.5 & held 1st set for 30s. 2nd & 3rd set for 40s.
I do the crying version of this exercise and it helps to attract spotters...
