At our gym, there's no cable machine, but if you set the incline bench and do bicep curls, it's really great! 💪😘
If shoulder stability and flexibility are secured, it is one of the best side and rear exercises.
My hands are shaking, so I double-clicked to complete the set.

Guys, really helpful tip if you’re cramping in your hamstrings. Pull your toes towards your shins. Idk why, but it helps a lot of the cramps to go away. It helped me at least.
Seated with dumbbells is a bit more comfortable!

Is it normal to feel my abs pulling when doing this after having muscle soreness from ab exercises? I didn't know that the lat pulldown used the abs so much...??

The mat starts at the bottom and ends at the top during the last round.
After doing leg press, it feels like my thighs are on fire. 🏋️♂️
How do I lift 13035kg?
It's a really good exercise for the waist, so please make sure to do it often.
