What does it mean to feel like the back of your thigh is going to tear?
I feel stimulation in my chest and sides instead when I narrow the gap between the bars.
It seems that the hammer strength machine is heavier than the regular machine. Is there a difference?
The lifting power itself is fine, but the grip strength on the bar is weak, so I feel like I might drop it. Should I lower the weight?
Do you guys alternate doing this with each foot? It feels a bit awkward to keep doing just one side as per the voice coach's instructions, haha...
I used to lift 30kg, and now I'm lifting 50kg, which makes me proud.
