Is it right for someone like me to dare to lift 25kg?
What’s good 💯
25 kilos is crazy, AI.
What should I do if only one shoulder feels stimulated when doing shoulder presses besides this? ㅠㅠ
4 sets of 10 @ 450lbs! Got money today!!!! I can’t walk
If you thought I would obediently follow, you were wrong. I will rest for another 10 seconds.
Why does the triceps get more stimulated? ㅠㅠ
Let's just lie down and lift it together.
🔥🏋️♂️🔥🥵
Bro my back muscles are giving out before my abs
This is my first time writing a comment. Does the area under the chin usually feel tight?? I pulled my chin in as much as possible while looking at my belly button during the demonstration.
🔥
Can barely lift after a full workout
💪
Is is okay to get the back activated here?
When doing hanging leg raises, my feet keep touching the ground, so I substitute it with this.
Slightly incline and squeeze in the area where the chest rises at a 90-degree angle. It should look like a light touch on the outside.
Is this really exercise? I think warm-up stretching would be more effective than this.
🥵
What is good about doing it one side at a time?
