I pulled this 20kg for 4 sets of 20 times, so my biceps grew.. I must have done something wrong, right? ^^..???
Painful ! Barely made it through the last set
I mean not easy if you had herniated disc in past surgeries speak foryeslf
AI, 5 kilometers is tough..
How do you calculate the weight? Is it the weight of the bar plus the weight of the plates on both sides?
Is there a way to stimulate only the right shoulder?
I can barely do 10 reps with 5 kilos, but seeing 50 kilos on the machine made me feel really discouraged.
316kg 4x12 🥵💪
Ah, our gym is really frustrating.
"Dumbbell pro and this is ㅅ"
LOL, I can't believe it's just a fist, but what are the comments? Wow!
Oh Captain! My Captain!
The kettlebell starts from 4 kilograms.
I got annoyed seeing a toad in the mirror.
I didn't know it would come off the floor, lol.
It was definitely 60kg including the basic weight when I first started, but why is it 115kg now? What’s going on?
Hahaha, why is everyone so angry? Hahaha!
Usually, gyms have weights in increments of 50, 60, and 70, right? They consistently recommend 55, 65, and 75!!
How do I do this?...
Ha... I'm really frustrated... Why is it so hard?
