Update doing 55s now slow and controlled
This is delicious, but there are no people here..
The weight is twice what it looks... I wonder if I can lift 20kg, it’s going to be tough...
It feels like my back hurts, is this due to strain? Or is it because of my posture being wrong??ㅜㅜ

Recently, the app has become heavy, and numbers and such are not working well. Please fix it.
This doesn't stimulate the biceps compared to the bicep curl.
Some days the weight feels manageable, but on other days it feels too heavy. On the days it feels too heavy, can I lower the weight and increase the number of repetitions accordingly?
I wish you hadn't recommended a weight that doesn't exist.. AI, think about the reason why I keep changing the weight..
Do an over under grip. One hand over the bar, one under the bar. You will train grip strength at the same time. Try to avoid straps.

If you just run, your fingers tremble, so you end up pressing the set completion twice. You can simply block clicking more than twice within a second with exception handling code.
If you do it with sunburn, you feel pumped throughout the workout, which is nice.
