Is this physically possible? I'm embarrassed because I'm quickly gathering my legs, worried that I might fall forward.

No.. Smith bench 50kg 10 reps 3 sets Incline bench 45kg 12 reps 3 sets Smith machine 50kg 12 reps 3 sets Seriously, how do you guys do this? My chest and triceps feel like they're going to tear apart, I feel like I'm dying.

I don't understand. Do we have do the shoulder tap while pushing up? Like should tap with one arm and push up with the other?
