"Is the weight of the 봉 (bong) something our ancestors carry, AI?"
👊
It’s embarrassing to only do it with an empty bagㅜㅜ
I picked up 80 due to a calculation mistake, wondering why it was so hard when I was originally lifting that. I then lowered it to 70. After finishing 3 sets, I realized it feels good.
If you take a week off, your weight will drop immediately in exercise..
If this is 40kg, then it's the weight of the bar plus two 10kg plates, right?
Oh, it's so delicious. It's survival.
70kg 12 reps is frustrating... I wonder why it's not increasing.
When I lift heavy weights, my head feels completely dazed. It seems like I'm going to black out; what can I do to alleviate this?
Just one more!!!!!!!! Please save me!!!!!!!!
It's my first time in the third week of working out, but why start with 50... I'm going to die.... I can't do 12 per set..... I'll just do 8.
🔥
Repping 235 for 10 need a spotter to go heavier
I took two days off and now it's spreading... Ah.
🦍
It's tough at 60 degrees... how can I reach 100?
I scored 120, now the goal is 130.
@UpperBodyChung Blackout occurs temporarily when there is insufficient blood flow to the brain. Try to take deep breaths as much as possible, and after doing sets with heavy weights, rest until your heart rate returns to a stable range.
When doing heavy weight exercises, my head feels temporarily dazed. I feel like it could be a big problem if I get crushed like this, but what could be the reason? Is there a way to overcome this other than just exercising with lighter weights?
