Hurts smmm worse than you’d think
Hunting season is over time to get back at it !

If the seat adjusts make sure it is far enough back
This isn't available at our gym, so why is it showing up? Anyway, if I want to do something similar, can I just lie down with dumbbells and do the same thing?
Is this exercise worth?
Why is the stimulation only coming from one side? Is it because the body is misaligned?
The forearm is all swollen.
It keeps over estimating my weight for all of my exercises. It is embarrassing because I keep changing the weight and that is tiring so it is hard to do the work out
I get a lot of pain in my wrist when I do this, I wonder why... The weight seems appropriate.
