Is this exercise, right?
Honey tip release - All chest exercises involve the movement of sending the elbows away from the body and then bringing them back to the body.
It doesn't fold back like that, but will it work if I keep trying?
It's really hard.

For beginner 4 sets is to much. I do 2 sets
What are you basing the weight increase on... It's heavy.
Is this one side 25 kilograms??
I can't do this because my arm is shaky.
The bench is delicious.
It seems that using a longer rope results in a smaller cable operating range, so is it okay to do it while kneeling?

I don't have a 2kg dumbel just a 5kg and 7,5 so witch 5kg leteral raise is very hard so very nice🙂
