Why does this go up one each day?
It feels like the muscles around my shoulder blades are straining. What could be the problem?
Front thigh stimulation - too fast, posture is messed up.
If I want to ride after strength training instead of using a treadmill, please let me know what level of resistance, duration, and speed would be good. 🙏
It surprised me that, according to the picture, it's essentially a one-handed push-up.
If it's difficult to maintain the lower body, you can do it while standing.
no beginner can incline run for 30 minutes straight
Is this right after the barbell dumbbell?
The 0.5kg unit can be changed in the settings with the equipment I have there.

I stopped second guessing myself about both or separate if it tell me 55 I’ll add them on both sides and see how it goes don’t think about it too much don’t underestimate yourselfs you got this 💪🏽
