Negative when getting off.
At first, set it to the minimum weight, and instead of standing, sit on the edge of the bench, bring your shoulder blades forward, and lean down to find the stimulation point; you'll feel the stimulation well.
After taking a step back from the visible image, slightly bend your upper body, lift your chest, and instead of facing your hands towards each other, slightly twist the rope inward and pull it to feel a good stimulus.
