Guys I have a new variation for this when u start from the bottom (idle position) go up (overhead) like parallel with the legs. This will be beneficial for all the three heads of your shoulders. Try it and let me know 💪

I did 3 sets each of hip abduction, leg press, and leg curl, but you're still doing it. Ugh..ㅠ
If you do bench press and then dumbbells with maximum range of motion, it's really awesome!!
