The posture is important, but try to complete one set by bundling the same set with half the weight of one set suggested by the AI. Example: AI suggests 6kg 12 pieces for 1 set Actual: Complete one set with 6kg 12 pieces and 3kg 12 pieces.
The feeling in my arms is very different; could it be a problem with my posture? There is some imbalance, but could it be that both are issues...?
