What should I do if my friends suddenly don't enjoy eating 삼두 (samdu)?

My shoulder hurts so much that I can't get a feel for my posture. Even while doing 25 with the one-arm cable, I can barely manage one set with just 4 kilos because of the shoulder pain.
The crazy guy is making Smith do chest presses and push-ups.
If you want to focus on your chest, lower your head. If you want to focus on your triceps, sit up straight.
Ah, it's really hard.

Even with the lightest one, I can't hear it, so I can't even get into the proper position, but I'm doing it at least with some recoil. Is that okay?

Try using straps or lowering the weight to focus on back stimulation. Bicep - This happens because you are pulling with your arms on the cable. Instead of lifting with your arms, think of pulling your body up like in a chin-up and pull with your back. After doing a bodyweight overhead raise, apply force as if pulling towards your lats, and you will feel your arms being drawn down. Perform it with that feeling. Trapezius - This happens because your shoulders rise due to the weight. After gripping, lower your shoulders and pull with your back. I recommend trying to lower the weight.🔥🔥
