I checked it off the injury list because my shoulder is torn, but is this really what you guys are recommending?
Make sure to keep your heels planted during this. accidentally stepped off and got the ass slap of a lifetime.
I'm curious if this can also be split into a full half with Babel and a third. I'm looking for a response, help me, Doctor Hell!!!!!!!

Elbow!!!! Rocket!!!!
- Bend forward in a hip hinge position to control the weight with your glutes. - Start in an underhand grip position. - Engage your pinky finger. - Keep your elbows away from your body while performing the row.
It would be a round trip, right...?
Please let me know the details~~ How far back do I need to reverse my hand?
Isn't this torture?
Even after the workout is over, I can still hear sounds from the earphones.
Now my body has become one that can't feel stimulation with low weights...!
My butt is going to be sore.
If I had a body like Ai, I wouldn't have any wishes.
I fooking hate these
Fun, but get awkward looks when doing them
This is much better for stimulation than dumbbell front raises. When using dumbbells, I tend to lift with momentum, making it similar to a kettlebell swing, but this one makes me use my shoulders more.
No, I want to do it once on one side. ㅠㅠㅜ
You can also support it by bending your lower leg and holding it together, or by supporting it with your elbow.
When pushing down the bridge, brace yourself and stick your chest out as if to greet. Spread your arms wide. When pushing, push away as if to say "don't come near" to something disgusting.
