To feel the triceps stimulus, do not pull in a curve, but think of it as pushing. In the picture, you should feel like you are pushing the bar vertically while contracting it in a curve.
Aren't you supposed to tell me how many dumbbells to grab?
My arm is shaking.
Is it okay to pull the elbow towards the head with a hand that doesn't exercise, so it doesn't shake?
