@UpperBodyChung Blackout occurs temporarily when there is insufficient blood flow to the brain. Try to take deep breaths as much as possible, and after doing sets with heavy weights, rest until your heart rate returns to a stable range.
When lifting, feel as if you are sending the dumbbell far away. When lowering, feel as if you are pressing an imaginary bar between your forearm and side.
It seems like our gym doesn't have a lateral raise machine, but I received a workout recommendation... Can I substitute this with dumbbells?
I now ride 25 for 30 minutes. At first, I rode 13, but 25 feels light too. It's a bit disappointing that 25 is the end.
I couldn't possibly do 10kg for 13 reps, so I just reduced it to 8 reps on my own~ I didn't expect my shoulders to be this weak..
Is this correct for a female beginner at 30kg...?

I'm just starting to exercise, and even 35 kilos is killing me. How am I supposed to handle 80 kilos in the actual game? Is this a joke?

i feel it more on triceps 😭 and should i remive my thumb grip?
When doing heavy weight exercises, my head feels temporarily dazed. I feel like it could be a big problem if I get crushed like this, but what could be the reason? Is there a way to overcome this other than just exercising with lighter weights?
