I really feel like I'm going to die. Please save me.
It's really frustrating, but this 5 kg feels like 50.
The person next to me, Az, was doing 3 exercises with 20kg, 4 sets each, so I asked how many sets were left. I took the weights and did my sets, and now I want to do the next set with 22.5kg, but I only have one 22.5kg weight. What should I do in this situation...?
