Why does one shoulder hurt every time I lift it?ㅠ Usually, my shoulder only hurts on one side when I raise my arm.

Just when I started getting comfortable doing these I think I pulled a neck muscle mid set. How does that even happen?
It feels like a lower body exercise, as you lower the bar at a 90-degree angle right above your eyes, then bring it down towards your solar plexus, and lift it using the force from your thighs and the soles of your feet pushing against the ground.
Walking is the beginning of exercise.

I don't know who it is, but the person who only locked the left side of the locking mechanism instead of both sides is really annoying... Fortunately, there was no problem, but everyone, please make sure to check the locks before putting on the weights and exerciseㅠ
The program is annoying, the updates are really bad.
