Is it a continuous bicep curl, incline curl, and hammer curl?
It says "No running on the treadmill," but you want me to run?

Since my belly is sticking out, when I do barbell rows, my range of motion is limited because of my belly, so I don't feel the stimulation. Would it be better to do dumbbell rows?

My left arm is much weaker than my right arm. Should I lift a little heavier with my left arm to train it, or should I just use the same weight for both sides?
Is it correct to recommend this exercise for back workouts?
@Ceresko, I disagree it think the treadmill is harder on the knees. With the bike the warm up with no resistance for 5 min then really crank it up and go for it maybe you need more of a fight. That or I'll skip both and go for a run thru a trail
