I feel a bit mentally confused...
It seems more triceps focused to me
I don't want to build my trapezius muscles, I just want to stimulate my shoulders, but I shouldn't do this exercise, right...?

What do you think about replacing the shoulder press with a machine instead of dumbbells and adding a leg press machine? The dumbbell press is too difficult for me...

Seungchan, you're crazy. You can do better. Just don't overdo it. Focus on your form rather than increasing the weight. The weight will naturally increase.
Is it normal to have hamstring muscle pain after doing full squats?
I want to feed my front thigh, but my hamstring is more prominent than my front thigh. ㅠㅡㅠ
