If u guys wants extra burn try the calisthenics just replace the last part of our plan

Is it not okay to do it quickly? I'm just repeating it fast, lifting and lowering. My calves are getting tight, but it's not to the point of being extremely difficult. Am I doing it wrong?

If I do this, I get so exhausted that I have to reduce the weights for other exercises. What should I do?

When I move my foot forward, I really feel it. I keep my head forward and focus only on my calves.
What is the intention behind asking for this next?
Is it okay if I go down enough so that my shoulders don't hurt? It's so difficult...
