Man, I started out with much less weight than I thought I'd be able to lift. Pro tip: Ditch your ego for a while. I recommend sitting on the end of a bench, learning forward and bracing your other hand on your knee. This exercise is gonna suck the first time you do it aha. Just don't overdo it

They say it's manageable to carry 8 pieces at 3kg each, so should I just increase it to 2kg each right away?? I can't carry it, I can't carry it.

Have weight held straight and have it go above eye level.. ohhh that burn
Before getting into the rack, try to position yourself in front of the mirror as you usually do. Your shoulders, elbows, and arm positions may be more crooked and lower than you think.
Drive your back into the floor and clench your glutes to make the popping stop
Why isn't the memo working?
If you keep your legs from touching the ground, your abs will burn intensely.
Keep your shoulders tucked, not flared
